In memory of Anita

On World Mental Health Day, we were delighted to welcome the Culbertson family into the Hummingbird family, and receive their MASSIVE donation of £80,000! We are so grateful and will ensure that this money goes a long, long way to helping people to stay well, and speak up early. Every penny of this money will be used to provide a new service, to the Causeway Coast community and beyond- get geared up everyone and stay tuned! placeholder image

Family and friends of much loved and dearly missed Anita Culbertson have helped to raise a staggering sum for charity thanks to a series of events.

A huge number of people took part in a five mile coastal walk last month to help raise money for the locally based Hummingbird Project.

A not for profit social enterprise in Portstewart, the Hummingbird Project works in the field of mental health.

A second event, a fundraising Padel playing day - ‘Padel with a Purpose’ - also helped to generate sums for charity.
